Step 1: Site Preparation
Clean the foundation surface, ensure it is flat and level. Mark the exact L-shaped wall position according to the construction drawing.
Step 2: Place L-Shaped Corner Connector
Set the light steel corner angle at the right-angle turning position of the wall. Align it accurately with the marked line to ensure perfect 90° vertical angle.
Step 3: Install Wall Panels & Fix with Pins
Place the light steel formwork panels on both sides of the corner.
Align the panel holes with the holes on the corner connector.
Insert steel pins through the reserved holes to lock the panels and corner part tightly.
Step 4: Complete L-Shape Assembly
Repeat the pin-fixing method for all connection points.
The two-direction wall panels are firmly connected into a standard 90-degree L-shaped wall formwork system.
Step 5: Vertical Check & Reinforcement
Check verticality with a level tool.
All pin connections are double-checked to ensure no loose points before concrete pouring.
Step 6: Concrete Pouring & Formwork Stripping
Pour concrete evenly.
After concrete hardening (24–36 hours for wall), remove all pins and disassemble the light steel formwork for repeated use.
